TORONTO - Canopy Rivers Inc. ("Canopy Rivers" or the "Company") (TSX: RIV, OTC: CNPOF), a venture capital firm specializing in cannabis, will report its third quarter fiscal year 2020 financial results before markets open on Friday, February 14, 2020. The Company's unaudited condensed interim consolidated financial statements and management's discussion and analysis of financial results for the nine months ended December 31, 2019 will be available on the Company's profile on the System for Electronic Document Analysis and Retrieval ("SEDAR") at www.sedar.com and on the Company's website.
