TORONTO – Canopy Rivers Inc. (“Canopy Rivers” or the “Company”) (TSX: RIV, OTC: CNPOF), a venture capital firm specializing in cannabis, will report its second quarter fiscal year 2020 financial results before markets open on Thursday, November 14, 2019. The Company’s unaudited condensed interim consolidated financial statements and management’s discussion and analysis of financial results for the six months ended September 30, 2019 will be available on the Company’s profile on the System for Electronic Document Analysis and Retrieval (“SEDAR”) at www.sedar.com and on the Company’s website.

Certain preliminary financial information pertaining to the Company may also be found in the financial results released by Canopy Growth Corporation (TSX: WEED, NYSE: CGC), which are currently scheduled to be released on November 14, 2019.
